Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Yes, they are patient with first-time mothers

Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! I switched to this provider because I was having so many problems with our other pediatricians office. They was always a 1 hour wait even with an appointment. The office was always crowded and difficult to deal with. In contrast, Dr. Becker's office is a great place. Reminiscent of small town doctors who spend time with you and really get to know your kids.

My child absolutely loves Ann N Becker, MD and Dr. King. Both pediatricians have a great bedside manner. They're always able to squeeze us in for a last-minute appt. when it's needed and the receptionists are gems...so kind and funny. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They always listen to every question or concern we may have and we never feel rushed. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. If there was something urgent like a breathing issue the nurse would insist I come in right away, but otherwise Dr Becker is always available by pager even in the middle of the night- very comforting for the parent of croupy toddler! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? They were average Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding
