All staff excellent
Wrongly billed for the third year in a row for a fully preventive annual physical where I cautiously shared no symptoms or problems, just wanted routine blood work done. Billing department is a mess due to changing hospital systems from MAH to BILH in 2025. Won't be returning a fourth time. This is a shame because the medical staff are pretty fantastic.
