I was a patient of this practice for 3 years, then my doctor left the practice and I was transferred to the owner of AFP, Dr. Morvai. Though AFP insists she takes my insurance and other doctors in the practice are listed in my insurance plan, Tufts does not accept Dr. Morvai as my PCP. Essentially, I have to change practices now or insurance will not cover my visits. This amounts to patient abandonment.
They will not call my 90 year old mother in law , a patient of theirs, who has a bad case of Covid because "the health providers are on holiday this week" ...cold, unhelpful and verging on malpractice. Give this place a wide berth...
