She gave me a letter saying she would no longer see me my children because I chose to stop vaccinating. What happened to patient-centered care and informed consent? She definitely didn't provide that. Was very opinionated and did not have my children's interest at all. When I mentioned vaccine injury and reactions, she ignored that info. I do not recommend this pediatrician at all. Stay clear of her. My kids had strong vaccine reactions and she ignored all the info like I had no clue what I was talking about.

I called for an appointment and they said I already had an appointment and missed it, well infact I didn’t know that my baby had an appointment already in their office. I told them that it was not ky fault I didn’t know about the appointment. They said they will not accept my baby as a new patient because of their policy even if it was not my fault. They was no reminder or even a text message. They put down the phone right after that. Zero customer service.

My daughters illness was taken seriously and DR T refereed us to the right places to get her taken care of.
