I called for an appointment and they said I already had an appointment and missed it, well infact I didn’t know that my baby had an appointment already in their office. I told them that it was not ky fault I didn’t know about the appointment. They said they will not accept my baby as a new patient because of their policy even if it was not my fault. They was no reminder or even a text message. They put down the phone right after that. Zero customer service.
My daughters illness was taken seriously and DR T refereed us to the right places to get her taken care of.
