Dr. Morgan is very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. She is also a SMI specialist, who cares for her patients greatly. I know two other people from group that highly recommend her.
If I could give zero stars, I would! This was the WORST experience with a doctors office and/or customer service in my entire 38 years on this planet!! I do not know how she stays in business. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. I waited 2 months for an appointment, then day they called to say woops! , the Dr. is on vacation today. She blamed this mistake on the "new computer system" which is their response to every mess up. I ended up having to reschedule for another month & 1/2 out. Spent a while looking for a new psychiatrist after my last one retired. Dr. Morgan is the only doctor I've found that was able to make me feel as comfortable and safe as my last one. I get the feeling that she understands my situation and never pushes me to hard towards anything I'm uncomfortable with.
