I’ll pre-frame this by mentioning 2 things: 1. I rarely write negative reviews. 2. The product itself is beautiful. I spent $5600 on an engagement ring for my fiancé from Ann Louise that she loved. We got our fingers sized months ago and I saved it in my phone and bought the ring shortly after (she’s a size 5.5) The sales rep took down all of the notes, but when I proposed last week, the ring was WAYYYYYY too big. The staff is wonderful and the service is great. I’ve bought all my jewelry at Ann Louise. I bought a gold chain for my son a few months ago and he loved it. I have something on Layaway now and I’m very excited to finally pay it off so I can enjoy it! Highly recommend this store in Coquitlam Centre.
Last year I bought my wife a ring for her birthday and it was the wrong size so she went back to get it sized, after dealing with the staff she ended up returning it as they were rude and somewhat condescending to her. It was a 3K ring so not like it was cheap. For Xmas this year my wife bought be a watch from the Willowbrook store, it was not my personal choice so I returned it to the Coquitlam store as it was much closer.
