The staff is wonderful and the service is great. I’ve bought all my jewelry at Ann Louise. I bought a gold chain for my son a few months ago and he loved it. I have something on Layaway now and I’m very excited to finally pay it off so I can enjoy it! Highly recommend this store in Coquitlam Centre.
Last year I bought my wife a ring for her birthday and it was the wrong size so she went back to get it sized, after dealing with the staff she ended up returning it as they were rude and somewhat condescending to her. It was a 3K ring so not like it was cheap. For Xmas this year my wife bought be a watch from the Willowbrook store, it was not my personal choice so I returned it to the Coquitlam store as it was much closer. The team at Ann-Louise Coquitlam Centre and the manager Allen did an outstanding job helping us find the right watches. It's our 3rd time shopping at Ann-Louise. The service has always been pleasant and professional, and prices are reasonable.
