They take the manufacturer protective plastic off the watch faces they display, and sell display models as “new.” They don’t have back stock, just the scratched and greasy display watches.

Had a wonderful experience at this jewelry store! The customer service was excellent – they really listened to what I was looking for and were very patient throughout the process. They helped me explore some great options and even offered a good discount. I ended up buying a beautiful diamond nose pin, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Gilda has a very bad attitude and tried to tell me that if I don’t buy a tissot from this store and go online instead I will end up with a fake watch. Not only will I end up with a genuine Tissot I will end up finding a way better deal online compared to the overpriced items in store. Very odd experience and I had to remove my 5 star review and now give a 1 star for my latest experience here. As a repeat customer I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

Went to ask for a battery replacement for my watch, and was first asked if I purchased the watch there, I said no, then they said it would take 3 weeks as they needed to send it out to the dealer, and then they wanted to charge me $75. Unsatisfactory customer service for just a battery change. Went to another watch dealer in Vancouver, that carried the same brand was replaced that day for much less.
