I purchased a ring on December 3, 2025, and it was sent for resizing. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly told the resizing would take two weeks. After more than three weeks with no update, I contacted the store and was then told by another staff member that resizing actually takes three weeks. Great customer service
My fiancé and I visited Ann Louise about four weeks ago to look at wedding bands, and Wendy was wonderful. She was very kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She even handled my finances jokes really well, lol. We are still talking about how great she was. We highly recommend Wendy for anyone looking for friendly and helpful service.
I recently went to Ann Louise Jewelers in Mayfair Mall regarding an insurance claim. ( I lost a diamond from my engagement ring) The assistant manager Shrandha was absolutely fantastic to deal with! She was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Shrandha was quick to get the ball rolling and gave good advice on how to move forward with my claim. I am so happy with my experience at Ann Loiuse!
