Sam and Adnan were fantastic to speak with. I made it very clear that I was not going to make a purchase, however wanted to get some information ahead of time to buy down the line. Nevertheless, Sam and Adnan took it upon themselves to go through details, options, and alternatives. Great crew and thankful for the time they invested with me.

I purchased a ring on December 3, 2025, and it was sent for resizing. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly told the resizing would take two weeks. After more than three weeks with no update, I contacted the store and was then told by another staff member that resizing actually takes three weeks. I was assured I would be contacted when the ring arrived. My fiancé and I visited Ann Louise about four weeks ago to look at wedding bands, and Wendy was wonderful. She was very kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She even handled my finances jokes really well, lol. We are still talking about how great she was. We highly recommend Wendy for anyone looking for friendly and helpful service.
