I never leave reviews or complain but I will first start off with Thank you Mrs. Pratt because at the end of the day my mother did receive her residency. But with that being said the problem I had the most was with her assistant Lisa. She was always so rude. I understand some clients can be a pain but my mother, her client, is a very nice lady that does not stand up for herself and Lisa would speak to her as if she was a nuisance.
