Ann assisted us 2 1/2 years ago in purchasing our condo. We called Ann on a Friday morning, she met us at 4:30 that afternoon, and helped us complete paperwork working through 8:00 pm that evening. Ann has helped me close on a few properties over the years. There's no shortage of potoential Real Estate agnets to work with in Grand Rapids but very few have enough experience to really add value to the home buying process. Ann does!
