Wonderful bedside manner. Dr Haas is extremely personable and compassionate.
I have gone to Dr Haas for years and I find her to be caring, generous with her time and an excellent dermatologist.
I made an appointment with Sacramento Dermatology and showed up with the confirmation letter from their office, with the date on it, and the office staff insisted that the appointment was for the next day. They blamed someone else for the mix-up in the letter, and did not even attempt to make it right. The only option I was given was to come in again the next day, one day after the appointment time I had on the confirmation letter. Terrible surgeon... I had a cyst removed and he scar was 10x larger then the cyst removed. She was all about in and out surgeries and certainly did not take her time. I would not recommend her.
