i’d recommend sparing yourself the trouble. the office managers are rude and off putting. You’ll call and they either ignore you and don’t answer, or they answer and act like you’re the biggest inconvenience for asking them to do their job. you pay for services like a trash fee, but nobody comes to pick it up for weeks on end. they’ll tack on late fees. they’ll tell you you can’t do something (like smoke) but then smoke outside the office with no signage saying you can’t smoke mind u, (which is necessary btw), nor do they pr... read more
Our reasons for leaving Ann Arbor Woods and the 1 star review started with a bicycle notice that was that we needed to tag bikes within a week. One week was not sufficient time for both notice and compliance. The notice also did not specify how and where to get tags. Tried to contact manager regarding our concerns about this, and concerns for the style of bike tags, and there was no room for discussion and not all of my concerns were not addressed. Such a lovely property with so many beautiful, mature trees. I truly enjoy the view of the courtyard from my apartment. It’s just lovely. The maintenance team is always kind and quick to help. Jamie and Justin in the office have been absolutely wonderful. They are so patient and helpful whenever I have had questions about the resident portal or anything else. I really appreciate them.
