I went to the new Anmed ER facility this morning, I had been experiencing some chest discomfort and I was scared it was my heart. I went in and was immediately was taken to a room. They ran different test and I feel they did all they could to make sure it was not a heart issue. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t my heart. The facility is very clean and everyone was nice and helpful.
The ER here is subpar. Recommend driving the extra 10-15 minutes to Greenville Memorial or waiting to have an emergency when a new Prisma or Bons Secour ER facility is opened near by. These guys are a joke. Went in for respiratory distress and came out with nothing. Was there for over 3 hours. Went to Prisma Powdersville urgent care this morning and my issues were addressed within 1 hour. Find somewhere else for emergency medical care.
We had a very positive experience at AnMed Piedmont when we brought our son in after he had been feeling unwell for a couple of days. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and compassionate. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and created a comfortable environment during what can be a stressful situation for parents. My daughter was very upset with how Dr Doran treated her. He was extremely rude to her and belittled her the entire time. Very disappointed that any healthcare agency would allow anyone like him to administer care
New, clean facility. Staff is efficient and very caring. Emergy room is well run and super clean. This is a GREAT addition and option gor medical care in Piedmont! There are Dr's offices/medical offices in the campus as well. It is getting much busier now that it's been here a few months. Much better experience than going to Greenville Hospital/ER!! Good post visit followup, as well.
