Turner was my nurse she was amazing. I don’t remember the guys name who hooked up my IV but he was really funny. The whole er department has great bedside manner. The doctor actually apologized for my waiting in the er room. He had no reason to apologize I was in an out in less than 2 hours. Everytime I’ve been there I have received exceptional care. I won’t go to Anderson anymore. I highly recommend the piedmont facility
The AnMed Piedmont facility itself is very clean and well maintained. The nursing staff and respiratory team were wonderful attentive, kind, and professional. We were triaged quickly and placed in a room in a timely manner, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Silva significantly impacted our overall visit. Took my one year old and my twelve year old today and it was a really good experience. The nurses were kind and patient and they did everything they could to keep us comfortable. I have no complaints.
With renewals under way with insurance if you're wanting to find a new primary care, please consider Dr. Young in Peidmont. For years I've been going to anmed women and children's hospital, and I felt like I was just a number to them. I never saw the same doctor more than twice, and the communication between the staff was horrible. Now, going to Dr. Young's practice I feel heard and truly cared for. Went there three times in the past three weeks with the RSV virus I should’ve been hospitalized. I’m 55 with a lot of health problems when i was unable to breathe they would not give me oxygen. I kept asking for oxygen they would not give me oxygen. I will not be back.
