I am alive today because of these people. The level of care I received was beyond what’s considered standard in many other places (I checked) I quite literally owe them my life. I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but while looking up their phone number I came across a negative one, and I felt it was worth adding my experience to the mix.
Clinic repeatedly scheduled appointments without notifying me, then would call me to tell me that I missed my appointment. They also changed my appointment time without notifying me, resulting in me driving across town only to find that my appointment was now several hours later. I repeatedly asked them to stop this practice, but they would not. Due to this issue I stopped going to this clinic and thus did not get the help I needed.
