ANM installed our roof for our new home build. We’ve had several leaks throughout our roof, showing up in several bedroom ceilings, and I haven’t been able to get anyone to answer their phone for months (since November). What’s the point of a warranty if the company just dodges customer phone calls?

I didn’t need any service from them just wanted them to know I had 2 kids in one of their white Chevy Silverado work truck almost hit me because they were driving recklessly through a construction zone. Just on that situation alone I wouldn’t use them they have immature employees who don’t care about the company or it’s property let alone trust them with yours!! Also they flipped me off as they drove by not professional at all!!

I have been trying to work with this company for over a month. They were the original roofers on a commercial building that I help manage, and we are having lots of issues with it. We got an inspector to come out, but ever since they have been unhelpful and non responsive. I have left multiple voicemails, emailed, and called and spoken to several employees who all say they will get back to me, but in the end—nothing!
