This will be my first time appointment for something like this, and I called and Mallory immediately picked up the phone and was very helpful very pleasant and understanding! I already recommend this place because of her, people are already having issues and going through other things and when they call a business they wanna speak to someone who at least has empathy or is not rude, that's not hard. Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor! He is incredibly professional and genuinely caring. He makes you feel like part of his family. If you're looking for a urologist, he’s the one to see.
D octor is articulate and explains the situation in language I can understand. He answered my questions. The nurses are great too.
This doctor saved my life. He is absolutely amazing and a godsend. He is so understanding, caring sympathetic I had kidney cancer went into surgery and I can now say I am cancer free thanks to him. God bless you.
