I’m not one to give a negative review often, but Aniko has definitely earnt this one. Purchased our property back in April 2025 and in 5 months we were issued almost $1300 worth of gas/hot water bills. The provider even said how outrageous these were and after days of finding what it could be, we discovered that the water supply was reversed for our washing machine (blue hot/red cold). Don't rent, when you move out 35 pages exit report and 250 photos. Had a professional clean and they are disputing my bond. Trying to charge me $352 for carpet cleaning 2 bedrooms. Lived there for 13months on my own most of the time. 76 year old pensioner. Left the place spotless. Underground parking disgusting with concrete dust-silica all over the cars ruining the car duco.

In my experience, the management was unprofessional, dismissive, and difficult to deal with. Communication lacked respect, and ongoing issues were not handled appropriately despite being raised more than once. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this management based on my experience.

Communication has been difficult, particularly with Janette, who has come across unfriendly. More seriously, keys were given to tradespeople who entered my apartment without permission, which was very unsettling. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any apology or acknowledgment of this issue. I hope the management team takes steps to improve their professionalism and respect for tenants’ privacy.

Buyer beware, that's all I have to say! I Have just moved into the Hope Island site, after a pre-settlement inspection, there was a raft of issues with my unit and it also appears to have been the same case with several others in the building that there were faults that needed to be rectified.
