This office cannot be trusted to tell you the truth on your benefits coverage. I was with the doctor and was told in person by one of the employees that had just called my insurance I was covered for custom orthodics. I went ahead and ordered based on this information, otherwise I wouldn't have. Six months later they send in my claim and my insurance company rejects it saying the diagnosis codes they used weren't covered. I called the office and asked to resubmit with the correct codes and they refused to make any changes. W... read more

Orthotics are prescription devices made for the patient's benefit, not according to insurance benefits. The insurance companies have been known to incorrect about benefits. That's why they tell us "we can't guarantee benefits". Love the staff at Belmont location. I love how Dr. Rivera takes the time to explain every step of my recovery process. His staff are amazing. Would definitely recommend them.
Dr. Ryan is the best!! He addressed my ankle sprain quickly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend Ankle N Foot Center!
