I have been going to Dr. Peters for a number of years. Every appointment I feel like I am not rushed through, but really taken care of by every staff member. Dr. Peters is very knowledgeable and caring. His office staff is very friendly and amazing. As a patient I feel that my feet are in very competent hands. I have recommended Dr. Peters to many of my friends and acquaintances.
I had an appointment with Dr. Peters to get fitted for inserts. I was scheduled for 11:15. I asked the receptionist if he was on schedule. They said that he was 30 min. behind. I decided to wait even though the waiting area was very busy during the COVID crisis. ( which I thought was an immediate issue). After My 35 min. wait I was put into a room only to have to wait another 25 min. So now I'm in for an hour. After that amount of time, I decided to leave without even seeing him. My experience was the best. He is highly knowledgeable and exceptional at what he does. He gives great attention to detail and I highly recommend him.
Dr. Peters was recommended by my other Dr. Goldfard.. Trying to keep all my doctors on the same page with my health.. I have multiple issues going on and my feet were just a part of a disabling illness/Dieases including Parkinson's.. I had very large tumors in both feet that had to be surgically removed..Dr. Peters and his staff treated me like was part of a family and were all incredible and were caring in everyway.. One of the Best Dr's. Around.. My wife and I love Dr. Scott and Staff..
I did not feel rushed. He spent time with me to explain what was going on, and different options. I felt as though I was important to him. Sadly with doctors today this has become an unusual event. Most don’t give much time and often seem to be in a hurry.
