8:30 appt said arrive 15min early - parking only allows 30-45min for a flat $5 fee for 4hours no adjustments. I arrived at the time said paid for parking and the place isn't open until its dedicated time so now I lose 15min of parking time still have to wait for them to prep and will now prob have to pay $10 for a 5min appt. Highly unprofessional business model - one star!
The best
I saw Dr Welch to address an ankle which was surgically repaired 15 years ago and recently began to bother me. He quickly and confidently assessed the issue and gave me a couple things to look out for if it get worse. He was incredibly prompt and helpful.
