Very compassionate Dr. listens and easy to talk to about concerns.
She always does a good job. And, she is very sweet.
The staff exhibited professionalism, and the Dr Jyotsna possessed exceptional expertise. Notably, the physician accurately diagnosed the fracture in my foot, a condition that had not been identified by the emergency room at HMH JFK Hospital in Edison, New Jersey.
Worst receptionist for dr Patel at Metuchen branch, she does communicate rudely. Doesn’t address the questions patiently. They mislead about the charges and bills. They handed over equipments informing would be mostly covered by insurance, but end of the day we ended paying for it unnecessarily. The concern was about the information they mislead which they don’t agree and put a bulk bill on us without priorly informing about us. I would not recommend any of my friends to this clinic.
What a feaco! I have been seeing the current doctor at Ankle and Foot. for several months now. I had 2 inserts made correctly from the 2 former doctors that worked there. Now this new doctor made my inserts 4 times so far ALL WRONG! BACK AND FORTH. The newest one squeaked and had no arch support at all, but the doctor told me that I have to except ones that swqeek very loudly.
