Dr Zach did not put me through a battery of unnecessary tests ie mri. I appreciate thst level of care and transparency.
They have an I-Could-Care-Less vibe here. I was late for check-in and that’s on me. I was fully expecting to need to reschedule and was 100% ok with that. But when I arrived before my actual appointment time just to be sure, they had me waiting with no eye contact, no acknowledgment, no nothing. The hand clinic guy acknowledged me but then said I had to wait for the foot people. Even then no acknowledgment from the ladies busy talking about their day. The entire office here is amazing. From my consult to my last visit, each person made me feel so cared for. The schedulers were so efficient and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. Dr. Wardle was kind, intelligent and straightforward. They all made my entire surgical experience so wonderful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
