Terrible service. I received a doctor's referral to see Doctor Bala. Their office called me and we scheduled an appointment. Two days later I received a message asking if I could come in an hour later. I called them back and said that was fine. Come the appointment they tell me I'm late and will have to reschedule. I explained THEY asked me to come in an hour later than my original appointment. I even offered the call information from my phone. Let's talk about awesome doctors for a second here. Doctor Bala is amazing. I'm talking 10/10. It's pretty rare that I find a doctor that has changed everything for me and Doctor Bala is one of them. I got my foot back basically, his help has changed my life I thought I was gonna have to spend the rest of my life worrying over something that never healed right. He is a saint. The nurses btw are amazing the front office staff are amazing as well. 10/10 I don't wanna go anywhere else.

I have been battling with pain on my anklesafter a very bad car accident in 2011. Today I saw Dr Bala for the first time and he was AMAZING! He took his time to explain how bones move, what happened to me , went over the xrays throughly and made me feel safe and confident I came to the right place to be pain free and fully functional again ! He made me feel like I was the most important placient and his staff was excellent and very professional !
