I am sak if everyone uses anbetter instead with them I have feet problems I get pain in both feet it hurts I walk...

Unable to get past the incompetent office staff. My husband called with a foot issue and was given an appointment the next day. Great, right? When he arrived to be seen he was told our insurance is a HMO so he needs a referral from our PCP. So he was not seen or rescheduled. When I called back to explain our insurance does not require a referral I was told "but you have a HMO" and then I was HUNG UP ON after I made the statement "you can Google the meaning of open access". I hope the doc is more competent than the office staff. I wouldn't know because I never got to see him. Showed up for an appointment I made over the phone 3-4 weeks earlier only to be told they "aren't showing an appointment" and I couldn't be worked in that day but I could reschedule. No thanks!
