Unacceptably poor communication and follow through. Left a person without the required pain medication after surgery for more than a day because the office cant be bothered to follow state narcotics prescriptive protocol. Please seek care elsewhere.

The receptionist was very distracted. She made my appointment and it was with the wrong doctor and was not even in the schedule when I arrived! She does patient intakes while checking patients out not focusing on either and I don’t need to hear someone’s medical issues . The Medical Assistant acted like it was a bother to escort me to a room. She had the energy of a slug ! No personality and acted like I was putting her out. The doc was fine but that office and staff need a complete overhaul!
