Dr. Auger was wonderful. He was timely and gentle and super friendly with my son and I. My problem is with his staff and billing in the Brandon office. My son has special needs. He has Medicaid as a secondary to our primary insurance. The office staff told me on our first visit that they accepted Medicaid. I gave them both insurance cards. A few months later, we went back, but to the Temple Terrace location because Dr. Auger was on vacation and my son's toe was infected. My son's appointment was at 3 it's 5 till 4 and we are still in waiting room this is the 3rd time this happen the staff is awful doesn't apologize or anything I will be finding him a new doctor DO NOT COME HERE !
