(*review for Eufy*) ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I purchased the Eufy Genie from a tech store near me. When I finally opened it and tried to set it up, I found out that it wouldn't work because I only have 5hz wifi, and the Genie only works with 2.4hz. I looked all over the packaging, and NOWHERE does it indicate or warn buyers about this! I contacted their customer service department, just to be told that it's my fault, and I should have opened the Genie's box in the store and read the instruction manual B... read more
