Consistently good, usually great! Let me tell you the hummus is outstanding. I love it so much that I had my people try to replicate it but they failed miserably, so I had to go back and buy some more!
They make great food for good prices. definitely a place you should atleast try.
We have be going to Ankar’s Hoagies as a family for years, pardon me decades, for special occasions or just a lunch when in the area. I would class them in my top 5 Chattanooga Restaurants. My favorite food items are, Falafel Rider/with peppers, Cheese Hoagie, Onion Rings, Fried Mushrooms, and a Lime Supreme. As a Vegetarian these items go well with my chosen diet; however they have many meet items on the menu for those that would prefer meet.
I've been going here for ages and my parents took me there as a child. great people, excellent food. Great family restaurant without corporate agendas and cost cutting. Only the best fresh food made to order
