My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Rana for more than ten years. We have been very satisfied with the care we have received.
Staff is incredibly disrespectful to other providers offices and patients. Absolutely do not recommend.
Roof was damaged by a storm recently, with directions to call a certain number. Called several days ago, left a voicemail to call back. No call back yet, and when I call the voicemail is full. I'm a current patient, but am done being patient.
Very rude office staff. Ignored me multiple times, offered no help with questions asked. Only suggested a list of services provided by the md. I waited in the waiting room for well over 2 hours, while being the only present patient. Every answer I received from reception was with complete attitude, and I received no help at all.
