I have been under Dr. Patel's care for many years now. She is extremely thorough, LISTENS carefully, explains everything so a non-medical person can easily understand. She is very kind and caring. Even though my visits with her are for a health problem, I am always happy to see her. I highly recommend Dr. Patel.

Horrible experience! My mom has early onset dementia. I specifically made an appointment with Dr Patel because I read her bio and saw she specializes in memory loss. Well I waited months for the appointment and the week before, I got a call from the office saying that my mom couldn’t be seen by Dr Patel, and would have to see a Nurse Practitioner because my mom used to be a patient of one of the other doctors in the practice (who no longer works there) 2 years and 9 months ago. Attempted to get there but parking is impossible. After driving an hour and a half and spending 15 mins looking for parking they called and told me i had to be inside within 10 mins because I only had a 15 min grace period before they canceled it. They knew i was struggling to park and that i was at the facility. They did not offer help.
