Very unprofessional. Their appointment reminder messages send us to a different address, so obviously we ended up being late, and then they wanted to refuse to see us. The receptionist was also very rude, dismissive, and unpleasant.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kanda and her team. She took care of my broken toe over the course of four months, and her kindness, professionalism, and expertise made a challenging time so much easier. Dr. Kanda took the time to thoroughly explain the nature of the injury and the steps we needed to take for it to heal properly. Words can’t express the multitude of gratitude I have for Dr. Kanda. Simply put, she is a wonderful person, and I have been fortunate to be her patient for the past six weeks. Her assistant, Eric, is very considerate and is keen on getting everything right, from scheduling to prescriptions. I’m on schedule with the healing timeline for which Dr. Kanda was spot-on since day one. My fractured ankle feels immensely better! I hope current and future patients here improve as expeditiously as I have.
Broke my ankle so was sent here but was told to not use my foot for 2.5 months, and by the end of that period my foot started turning grey so when I went in for my 3rd follow up, I asked if the rate of my bone healing (bone was still largely unhealed) was normal and the doctor said no but that I should be find because I’m young. I didn’t feel confident in the doctor or the diagnosis so I got a second opinion and that doctor said I should have started walking on my foot as soon as I could have because I needed blood flow to g... read more
