Best customer service out of all cord blood bank companies! Always answer their phone and speak clear English. Always answer my questions; professional, kind and informative! Website is easiest to navigate and several payment methods available. I feel comfortable and confident using their services! And my babies future is safe in their hands!

I had done a bunch of research for cordblood & placenta banking for my baby before he was born, which most are not an affordable monthly cost. Anja was the only one that was reasonable and provided a great monthly cost for both! It was so easy especially during the chaos of delivery and the arrival of my baby - all I had to do was give them the box which had instructions and information for packaging and delivery. So glad I did this for my baby's future.

I had an excellent experience using Anja -- from the research phase throughout the storage phase. The team is nothing short of exceptional...honestly. I first connected to a team member who spoke with me over the phone about the process, answered my many questions, and followed up to see how she could support me further.
