I have been seeing Dr. Srinivasa for approx. 15 years. She is a total professional. Her medical knowledge is wonderful and extraordinary, she is kind and sympathetic to your physical needs and follows up to make sure all medical issues are solved. She has EXEMPLARY customer service skills.
I booked an appointment with Dr. Srinivasa months ago. Little does she know, I’ve waited and waited to see her for some serious health problems. Two weeks before my appointment, they call and cancel saying she’s not working that day and also that’s she’s not taking new patients. I wouldn’t recommend UCLA if you have serious health problems because it seems like the doctors really don’t care.
Dr. Srinivasa is an exceptional physician, and I am so happy to have found her. Arranging a visit has never been an issue, and she thoroughly reviews, discusses and makes suggestions regarding my medical needs and/or concerns. Very easy to talk to her, and she is always very friendly, attentive and professional. I am truly baffled by any negative review towards her, as Dr. Srinivasa and her staff have been nothing short of fantastic!
