Dr. Anita Courcoulas is absolutely very super friendly nice because she took her time to do some weight loss testing on my body along with she is very kind to give me instructions how the weight loss process works which makes me feel appreciated her and comfortable to be a brand new patient to her before in the late fall season she does possibly weight loss surgery on me or not
The staff and PA Tom are terrible and do not care about their patients. They are so disorganized and do not know what the next step in their process is, even though it’s their process. They make the time leading up to your surgery a lot more stressful and messy than it has to be. They cause significant delays. Luckily, I no longer have to deal with them now post surgery.

Went to speak about having gastric bypass surgery and met with a PA to discuss my options. I never even seen the Dr until I was on the operating table and haven't seen her since. My surgery was botched. I have been in and out of the hospital for the last two years. Not even two years yet. As of today I weigh 96 lbs and I am a failure to thrive. 2 months ago I was hospitalized and I only weighed 85lbs. No one will tell me what happened. Wonderful Surgeon and Team!!!! Everyone was very nice, professional, and explained everything in detail. I am extremely happy that I chose Dr. Courcoulas and her team! The staff at Magee was wonderful as well! The whole process/experience has been great and I can’t thank Dr. Courcoulas and her team enough. My life has changed so much already and it’s only been two months!!!
