Stay away from them. Most inconsiderate staff, I had an emergency and the front desk told me to go to the ER as they had no slot available today. I had an appointment for tomorrow which I had scheduled 3 days back. I went to the ER and the ER doctor did the basic treatment and was happy to know that I had an appointment with the OBGyn. I was speechless when the staff called me again and cancelled my tomorrow's appointment too. Probably the best experience i have ever had at any doctors office ever. I am normally really anxious with any appointment, and off the bat the front office staff made me feel super comfortable, Fernanda especially! Dr. Silva listened to me and actually took the time to get to know me before the appointment. It was quick, efficient, and I was not anxious at all! Never have I had such a pleasant experience than with Dr. Silva and her staff. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
Not good, Dr Silva performed a procedure on me without novacaine. My pain was through the roof. Never again will this woman touch me
Dr. Anita si the most wonderful amazing doctor I’ve ever met. At every visit she lets the patient relax with her conversation so she ( the patient ) feels spending time with a close friend. Also Dr. Anita is always very concerned about the patient and her case in a way she asks for very little details. I’m glad to be her patient and recommend her for sure. Also the front desk young lady is super nice. I love being with this team.
