Caused my wife chronic pain during a woman exam while laughing at her. She was trying to tell Anita her current health issues and Anita didn't care. She resumed her exam and didn't care that she was causing my wife extreme pain. My wife was trying to be strong and get through the exam when Anita was causing her to tense up and Anita was stern advising my wife to stop clenching like she wasn't causing her severe pain.
