A necklace I've had since I was a baby broke one morning and I brought it to Anita who immediately knew what to do. She was kind, informative, and overall lovely to speak with! Anita resized my ring perfectly
Service was rude, just look at how they respond to bad reviews if you need proof. Right when I entered the staff made each other a sign to “watch me” and told me it was a high end store in a not very nice manner. Apparently, this happened because I had a matcha in my hands and touched the items set for display. It calls my attention that there was no sign forbidding drinks and I touched a single ring since I wanted to try it on before deciding whether to purchase it or not.
