The clasp on my grandmother's pearl necklace was stuck, and I couldn't get it off. I went to a party and no one there could get it off either. I went into Anita's for help and after they made a few attempts the only way to remove the necklace was to cut it off and replace the clasp. The jeweler was careful and precise as she cut the old clasp off, restrung the ends of the necklace, and added the new clasp. All of this was done in about 45 mins for about $60.
