Its always a pleasant visit to Texas Oncology. Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the scheduling desk and the lab. Sometimes the wait seems too long but i think that is a function of case load more than anything else. which cant be helped. They take the time needed for each individual, never rushed. Dr. Meerasahib is a wonderful doctor. He is empathetic, listens to concerns and patiently answers all questions.
He seems to care and is very understanding with any info I give him.
I cannot think of a better doctor to take care of me during such a difficult time in my life. He has such a great personality & a beaming friendly smile that really makes you feel optimistic. He's always reading up on the newest research to provide the best up to date care for his patients. If you or a family member is facing treatment for cancer and you are looking for an oncologist, I highly recommend Dr. Meer. He is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and personable. He also has a wonderful support staff, who all are equally knowledgeable and friendly. Cancer may be impersonal, but the Deke Slayton location is not; everyone here will remember your name and do what they can to make your experience comfortable and convenient. You will be in good hands.
Dr.Meer is the best oncologist at Texas Oncology. He cares about you and he always takes as much time with my husband and I as needed. He knows how to talk to you in a caring way while sometimes delivering bad news.
