RecommendedThank you for the excellent care given to me on September 25 when I later had an appendectomy. It was at shift change, and I do not have all of the names, but I would like to thank everyone, particularly Dr Stradling, RN Bart, and Linda. The kind lady who did the CT was so gentle and helpful with the warm blankets! Mary Rieke You made a medical emergency a pleasant experience, and I salute your medical skills and human kindnesses.

RecommendedI received great care today and wound up feeling better than I had, in several days, due to their treatment. It was a classic Urgent Care visit. Up all night with a raging sore throat - went for a strep test. No strep (whew!) - but great recommendations on the right OTC meds and I started feeling better before noon.
I went in with extrem anxiety 4-5-19 the dr there treated me so disgusting for lack of a better word. I have ptsd and went in with pain and about to loose my mind. He told me go home and take your meds! Or you can talk to someone... I didn't need a pat on the back I'm sorry about your situation. I told him he was the worst dr I'd ever seen and he says oh well think you for noticing. I've never been so hurt and I think he should be punished. Unprofessional and just rude. RecommendedI had surgery today and I want to thank the staff for making the experience comfortable. My pre surgery nurse Ben and his intern Bare were amazing! It was like hanging out with family. Also my after care nurse Jenn was great too! Thank you so much for your professionalism and care.
They need to be responsive to customer complaints. They don't seem to care.
Big Thank you to the staff for the care that I received after my procedure. A BIG thank you to the ER Crew that has given their all to make me comfortable as well as their unforgettable friendliness.
