The visit and getting the appointment went smoothly and no complaints there. I had to special order orthotics which was the frustrating part. I was able to get a hold of the person in billing and get them ordered but then they were lost. They could not find them for over 2 weeks and keep saying they were in Durango or cortez and they did not know why. Was promised 3 times that someone will get them and bring them back to Farmington but it never happened. Had to call and asked why the delays and they said they didn’t understa... read more
