Boo. Waited months for my appointment. Showed up and they had cancelled it because I didn’t call the office to confirm. Who makes a client do that? I’ve literally never had to. It’s typical to get a 24 hr reminder call without needing to do anything so it’s out of the ordinary. Very strange policy in my opinion.

If you're a new patient, make sure you actually ask for a new patient exam when you schedule. Otherwise it's just a cleaning and you won't even see the dentist. The gal on the phone was unfriendly enough to cancel my appointment on the spot.
