Called to schedule an appointment and they confirmed my insurance. After the appointment sent me a large bill saying I wasn't covered by insurance. They were unwilling to help out with the amount of the bill ($1000) that I was not anticipating having to pay. Really got screwed over.

I was treated very poorly by the staff. The story starts with the temp crown falling out twice before the permanent crown was put in. It was difficult and unpleasant for them to accommodate me for putting the temp back in. Then, an issue with the insurance co and their contracted amount. They made me pay for the service upfront then get refunded post claim. I choose care credit to pay. Upon agreeing to a full refund, they shorted me $207 due to some fee. Boo. Waited months for my appointment. Showed up and they had cancelled it because I didn’t call the office to confirm. Who makes a client do that? I’ve literally never had to. It’s typical to get a 24 hr reminder call without needing to do anything so it’s out of the ordinary. Very strange policy in my opinion.
