Animals in the Attic owned by James is terrible. They have not followed up with their Lifetime guarantee. If you have any issues with returning pests, they do not show up, or call back. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. They are not reputable whatsoever.
I recently discovered a mama squirrel had fallen in love with my house as much as I had! She decided to establish residence in my patio roof and I can't say that I blame her! I enjoyed seeing her with her baby (and she enjoyed tormenting ******) but when she started damaging the soffit, she had to go. :( James came out quickly to assess the situation and found a safe way to remove their access to my patio roof (which also meant repairing some damage caused by Hurricane Irma). Their contract states they will seal up any opening 1/4 " or larger .took numerous pictures of openings 1" and larger .Employee closed 2 openings , set traps then left 47 min. later ,next day employee found 2 rats in traps reset traps then left . next day employee checked traps were empty . Removed traps and sprayed chemical in attic and left .owner next day shows up to collect 2nd half of payment , i complained about odor still in house , owner said will come back next day at 11 am never showed up i waited then at 1:45 call... read more

There is ample evidence that this persons rodent issues were resolved and there has been no reoccurring issues. He lost his first dispute with his his credit card company due to the overwhelming evidence disproving his claims. His home is rodent free and our work came with a lifetime guarantee.
