Made a mistake on my first review. Meant to give a five star but pressed 1 star by mistake. This place is awesome.
Minimal wait time pleasant and helpful staff.
My pup had a major ear issue, and then was able to get a Saturday morning appointment. Jackie at the front desk was extremely friendly, sympathetic and courteous. The vet tech Cassie and Dawn were also very sweet and professional.Dr Birmbaum was great she listened, was kind and she seems very intuned to her pet patients. I'm so happy we came here. They are truly a special group of people here who truly care about the pets and their owners. I am very grateful for all of your help today.
They are always so helpful whether it be a check up or emergency situation. I would definitely recommend them!
The staff is always so sweet and caring when you are there. Dr.Eric was amazing with my puppy and with my cats that I have brought in. Highly recommended him to everyone
We started taking our dog there about 3 or 4 years ago and I wish we found them much sooner. There is no reason to take your pet anywhere else in the area. In all of the visits we had, we probably saw every doctor in the place at least once and I couldn't complain about a single one. They were always happy to see Princess and gave her the best care and attention. I brought my cat in yesterday last minute due to a fever. I was taken into the exam room with him almost right away with no wait. Dr. Matkowski and the rest of staff were excellent. Happy to say my boy is feeling much better today! Thanks everyone!
