We have been clients of Animals’ Hospital of Levittown for over 14 years. Their staff is friendly and helpful and the Veterinarians are fantastic. I would highly recommend their practice.
We've been going here for years now, and everyone that works there is so sweet. My husband recently brought our pups in for a check up and they were so anxious and nervous because dad had to stay in the car, but Thor and Loki perked right up when they saw Dr Pigsley. 🖤 I think that says it all, that our anxious boys don't feel so bad anymore when they see the vet's friendly face.
The staff is great and takes great care of our fur babies every time they visit.
They don't return calls as promised. Called on Friday July 24th and asked if the vet could either answer a,question or could I make an appointment for our cat. I was told the vet would call on Saturday July 25th. Well the vet never called. Here it is July 27th and the STILL NEVER CALLED. My cat is an established patient. I've noticed the vet and staff threat cats , and their owners, rudely. We are very sorry to hear of this experience and appreciate feedback. We have limited staff, hours and appointment slots and we are primarily seeing sick pets so at times this means an increased wait time to assess and treat sick pets and clean between appointments and hope our clients are understanding of that. You may have seen dogs going into the building for technician appts for services such as nail trims or anal glands(completely different services than doctor visits). I’m upset with this place. My cat has been having ear problems for 2 weeks, first I called and I couldn’t ever get through it said to make appt online so I did twice and didn’t get a call back for 3 days. Then my appt came up and they called and left a voicemail saying they were exposed to covid and were closing for two days. I called back and of course couldn’t get through. I drove by and it’s packed and my cat still hasn’t been able to get in I feel my car should of had first appt when they reopened but no one answers or r... read more
