The front desk staff is always amazing, consistently helpful and super friendly. They helped my dog get onto a diet plan to loose some much needed weight and honestly, the girls there are just beyond amazing. The vets are new to me everyone I see them however every vet I meet blows me away with their care and attention toward me and my dog. Thank you!
My husky had a TPLO surgery on the 10th. I was assured that the vet doing the surgery had lots of experience under the old vet and had a good success rate. Should be noted that we never actually met the vet, our vet made the determination that TPLO was needed and referred us. We've followed all the post surgery instructions and she was doing well. I would not recommend buying food from this place. They will tell you that you can return it if your animal doesn’t like it or if there are any issues. But when you go to take them up on it they will refuse! Despite the fact that you ordered it for the store, the receipt has their letterhead, they will say it comes from an online store and it is not theirs!!!! I don’t appreciate business that do this bait and switch - lots of other places you can buy food that have some ethics.
