I have unfortunately only dealt with this clinic in times of great sadness. With the most recent visit being an emergency last night. I appreciate that they didn’t seem to take advantage and do unnecessary testing and the doctor was very kind yet direct with the prognoses of our very best friend. We weren’t prepared or ready to say goodbye but they made the situation as comfortable as it could have been. They were kind and compassionate in our very darkest moment and I am so incredibly grateful for their patience and grace.
All my dealings with this clinic have been excellent. I appreciate all of you! Again: I always find all of your staff to be helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I always know that I will get pleasant and practical assistance. Two thumbs up!
Animals First made an impossible night a little easier for us. When it was time to let our 15-year-old cat go, the team treated him with so much respect and kindness from the moment we walked in. The vet took time to explain everything gently, gave us space to say goodbye, and made sure our cat was comfortable and pain-free.
