Experienced and friendly staff.
My cat was presenting as “very unwell”suddenly and the staff at Animals first were there for us. Knowledgeable staff who were willing to explain their findings and prepare a plan for my cat so that she could heal as quickly as possible Each staff member who crossed my path treated me with compassion and empathy. It didn’t feel like money was their motivation.. it felt like my little kitty was the main focus. And for that I am grateful.
I couldn’t imagine bringing my pets anywhere else! All staff are friendly, and my pets get excited when we pull up, they can’t wait to go in.
Once it was decided they would take my dog the care he received was outstanding
Amazing staff and facilities, hopefully don’t have to go back too soon but if we do I know we will be in good hands!
