Our puppy got great care here! The option to triage from your car is great for young puppies who don’t have all of their vaccines yet. When she woke up the next morning after treatment for pain & inflammation from a recent spay, it was like night & day. She’s back to her normal self & we’re so grateful! Prices seem to be reasonable (not low, not high) and Dr. Linney was great about explaining all the treatment options & answering any questions. The vet techs & front desk team were all very friendly & professional as well.

The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff is caring, honest, and provides a truly stress-free experience without pressure. I’ve found my permanent urgent care for my dogs here. Every time I’ve walked in feeling panicked, they’ve been kind, understanding, and quick to act. They welcome questions about your pet’s health without j... read more

This place is an absolute disgrace. The vets here are cold, uncaring, and completely out of touch with what it means to treat animals with compassion. They show little concern for pets or their families, acting rude, dismissive, and more focused on padding the bill than providing true care. Calling themselves “urgent care” is nothing more than a money-grab tactic, as they shamelessly overcharge for mediocre, lazy service. It’s heartbreaking to see a place that should be about saving animals choose profit over kindness. Do yo... read more

TL;DR: If you want a hospital that pressures you with “Swipe your card NOW or your puppy will die” urgency, then after you pay, dumps your traumatized puppy — mauled in a pitbull attack — in the back for 8 hours, charges outrageous fees for surgery, abandons her the moment she wakes up from anesthesia, refuses to answer questions or even do mandatory suture removal, and then has the head doctors personally call and email you just to insult your family instead of providing care — this is the place. I brought my puppy at 1 PM.... read more
