The vets here were so amazing. I loved that I got to go back with my dog while she got her ultrasound done. They explained everything very thoroughly. They had an amazing, relaxing, comforting environment for me & my pup.
Really nice service, worth the drive from Metro Detroit. Their care was top notch and their communication was laid out really well in person and in email. Excellent follow up to the patient and to the vet. They were even gracious when our dog looked them dead in the eye and peed on their rug in the room.
Staff is always kind and does a wonderful job at explaining everything that comes up. (Concerning or not) They also have a great way of treating animals like their own.
These folks are absolutely fantastic. Dealing with your concern and worry over your pet when their health is compromised is stressful enough. Then having to make difficult decisions that rely on the detailed findings & results of an ultrasound make things even more worrisome. They fit us into their already packed schedule, even got us in earlier on a cancellation with personal calls and contact all the way through.
