Staff and facilities were awsome.
I had a great experience with Animal Ultrasound. From the first encounter I was treated with respect and compassion. My dog, Cooper was in need of an urgent ultrasound and I was able to get him in the following day. In the office the techs and doctors were soft spoken, caring and guided me through the entire ultrasound explaining what I was looking at. I would highly recommend them for any needs your furry companion may have.
The staff that we had interactions with were absolutely fantastic. They were kind and thoughtful about our cat having to be there for a ultrasound. Explained everything about the procedure and answered any questions we had.
It took me a while to write this review, but I wanted to make sure I shared how much I appreciated this team. I brought my dog Reese in for multiple ultrasounds over time, including a final follow-up on his gallbladder. Each visit, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive to my concerns. They always took the time to answer my questions and made me feel heard, which meant so much during a stressful period. The wonderful team took exceptional care with my senior pup who was very anxious for her ultrasound. I was allowed to be in the room and comfort her. Everything on the screen was described to me and the vets provided clear explanations and treatment options based on the findings. I highly recommend them.
