My Havanese dog needed an ultrasound and the experience was good. He was scared but calmed right down when they laid him on his side. My husband and I were in the room and during the procedure they explained the findings as they went along. The Vet was sent the results and scan pictures the same day. It was expensive but probably not out of line for what was done.
We brought our dog in for an ultrasound. The staff and doctors were very kind and compassionate toward all of us, but especially with our sweet girl. We were immediately put at ease. They talked us through the procedure and shared information with us in real time so we didn’t have to wait for results. They also made certain that all of our questions were answered before we left. I wholeheartedly recommend them for the care of your pet. Thank you so much!
We have had the need the need of ultra sounds for 6 different animals over the last 3 years. Animal Ultrasound is our go-to. Whether it's the results we wanted or the results we dreaded, the staff is so knowledgable, supportive and helpful. It means a lot to have these professionals in our wellness team for our pets.
The entire experience, from booking online, calling to reschedule and ask follow up questions, and the visit, everyone is very professional and considerate. Everyone knows this can be a scary time and do a wonderful job walking you through the process and making everyone as comfortable as possible.
Outstanding experience! From the first phone call to set up Tuckers appointment I knew we were in good hands. Laurie has a kind and caring way to put you at ease with a worrisome situation. Dr. Weber and Dr. Jutkowitz are wonderful! So knowledgeable! They took the time to explain everything thoroughly every step of the way.. allowed time for explanation and questions. Top notch team for sure!
