I did NOT use this company. I've never had to have animals removed before. This is the first place I called. He gave me info and everything. Talked to my wife and decide to call some other places just to do due diligence. Apparently this guy has multiple phone numbers on multiple websites. I accidentally called him a second time thinking it was a different company. He was so insanely rude, lecturing me and berating me. Called frantically early Sunday morning because we had a bat in our bedroom. Jim was awesome. The bat was hidden in our closet and he kept looking until he found it. He answered my many questions and was so patient. We are so thankful he helped us! If you need wildlife removal - look no further.
We were recently referred to Animal Trackers! We have a skunk problem under our shed! They placed the first trap July 9th. I checked the trap first thing in the morning and there was our first skunk. They then replaced the trap on the 10th and when checking this morning on the 11th and got our second skunk. Today they will return and replace the trap again! So happy I called this company!
I found an injured baby squirrel and called at 5pm on a Sunday. The man who answered said they weren't taking any animals and that the squirrel would make a good meal for a possum. I texted Saffron the next morning and Kristina responded quickly and took the injured baby.
