I had a terrible horrible experience with this hospital. And it started off well. Their emergency services saw my dog. He was in urgent need for care. The situation temporarily resolved itself and he needed more diagnostics and treatments and they gave me counter instructions to work with my general vet to refer my dog. Then when my vet called to get the diagnostic they refused to treat my dog. Who had already been in 3 times in 48 hours. As a result my dog is still sick as they suck. Terrible patient treatment. RecommendedI had good experiences here when I needed urgent care. I use ASEC as my go-to pet ER. I hope you don’t need them but if you do, I recommend.

My dog needed emergency surgery. They were kind thoughtful And very efficient
ZERO STARS!!!Horrible people refused us service today on a holiday weekend with no explanation except there’s a note in the system too bad take your pet who is in excruciating pain somewhere else. Nice job ASEC Happy Thanksgiving!!
Dr. Trivedi is amazing. He is very thorough and caring about your pet. He takes the time to talk with you and address your concerns. I recommend him wholeheartedly and think he’s the best vet around. Couldn’t recommend anyone better.
These guys saved my puppy's life not once, not twice, but 3 different times just over the course of a month. I have called them dozens of times at crazy hours - once at 3:30AM and I called back probably 10 more times that day to ask questions and no one ever made me feel bad for spending their time on the phone. They were so helpful and if they needed to call me back, response time was within 10 minutes. These are true animal lovers, all very well trained and extremely professional.
