It is complete chaos in there. They do not know how to handle the covid protocols AND keep your animals safe. They didn't even know where my dog was because they make you take off their collar before they take them in. Also, they made me wait over an hour for my appointment. They claim they did not know I was in the parking lot. I called as soon as I arrived, of course. No one had communicated that I was even there. VCA ASEC Review This office has many highly capable doctors and I would recommend them for short term urgent situations. However, long term, they are not great at follow-thru and prepare for financial gouging. My wonderful Sophie has been diagnosed with kidney disease (at most 1-2 years to live). We have been seeing Dr Cohen for a long time, trying to manage her condition with medication and thru a nutritionist, her diet. Dr. Cohen and his staff helped my kitty after a year of not knowing why she would non-stop vomit. We took her to several vets but ASEC internal medicine finally diagnosed her. They were thorough and kind and communicated well. I really appreciate the care they gave my kitty.
